requirement to ensure passenger safety? You may want to interview airport security
personnel or passengers for perspective.
3. Recent health care legislation has received mixed reviews. Select one aspect of the
new plan, and look at the impact on patients, doctors, and insurance companies.
Make sure to narrow your topic.
4. Technology is a strong presence in the lives of many young people (e.g., texting,
television, computers, video games, social networks, etc.). Do research to determine
if the impact of such technology is positive, negative, or both. You may want to focus
on one specific form of technology.
