Overview
Chapter 13 will introduce students to the Internet of Things (IoT) and some
technologies that are used in this new computing model. They will also learn about
some of the use cases for IoT and examine some of the devices used to implement
networked “things. Students will also be introduced to DIY IoT devices and how to get
started with their own IoT projects.
