X. Apply a pitch-change audio effect to your audio

Tips:Thebasicideaofcreatingechoesisrepeatingtheaudiowithsomedelay,witheach
repetitionslightlysofterthanthepreviousone.Thedelaytimesettinginthedialogboxdefines
howmuchtimebetweeneachrepetitionoftheaudio,andthedecayfactorspecifichowmuch
