Section 8.2 discusses the four types of organization culture: clan, adhocracy, market,
and hierarchy. Organizational culture appears as three layers: observable artifacts,
espoused values, and basic assumptions. Culture is transmitted to employees in
symbols, stories, heroes, and rites and rituals.
Possible Topics for Discussion:
