1. Do a survey of friends, family, co-workers, and even the public-at-large to get answers to
these questions:
a. When you work in a team, what personalities do you have the most difficulty dealing
with?
b. How do these personalities affect you, and how do they affect the team as a whole?
d. How would you describe your personality, and are there any circumstances or situations
in which you believe others could consider your personality “difficult” to deal with?
e. Do you engage in any self-management when it comes to your personality and how it fits
when you are part of a team?
