In Small Groups:
• If you are a dispersed management team working with stores in India, China, and the UK, what
might be some of the challenges you/your team could face based upon cultural preferences and
those of the countries involved?
• What are some arguments for/against the new segmentation of the three markets?
• What might be similar tastes, coffee drinking culture, world views, etc.?
• What might a “third place” look like in India versus China, Brazil, UK, France, US, Japan, etc.?
