WRITING A JOB DESCRIPTION
Students need to recognize that there is not one correct job description for a job. The major
learning objective is to show students how better job descriptions can be written/developed through more
work/effort and more experience. There are certainly better job descriptions and poorer job descriptions.
This discussion could be a classroom exercise.
