Case Study Part 6: James McNeil, Sales Supervisor, Listo Systems
James McNeil started with Listo Systems as a sales agent. Over the years, James worked
his way up to a supervisory position within the sales department. He is a good worker and
gets along well with his agents and customers.
When James first heard of Listo Systems’ recent decision to implement a new security
