ORGANIZATION CHANGE COURSE ASSIGNMENT: Change Leader Interview
One exercise that can be useful is to ask students to identify a manager who has been involved
in organization change and to interview the manager on his/her experiences. The instructions
for this exercise are given below as well as a marking key.

interviewed. Interview that leader and write a fir to ten page integration of what you have
learned. The interview integration should contain the following components:
1. a description of the change, the success or failure of the project and the leader’s role in
it.
2. a summary of what the leader said about organizational change and what leads to
effectiveness and success.
