The Family Business Game
There are many unknowns associated with a transition in management, ownership and family
leadership as a family enterprise moves from one generation to the next. When will it happen?
Will we be ready? Who will lead the company, or who will lead Company A, who will lead
Company B…? Who will own what? Will that give them control over the corporation? Will we
be able to reach consensus in our decisions? Will my interests be safeguarded? Will it all be
fair? Will the company survive? Will the family remain united?
We will form into Teams in order to experientially explore these unknowns:
