CHAPTER 11
QUERIES
CHAPTER 11 QUESTIONS
1. The query wizard will ask you what tables and fields you want to include in a query and what level of
summarization is required. The design view process provides you a design grid to enter various fields you would
like to include in your query as well as what criteria or sorting schemes you’d like to apply.
2. Once the user has specified the tables and fields to be used in a query they can specify what criteria they want
met in order to be included in the query’s output by placing that value on the criteria row of the design grid.
