In re Barbara J. HANN, Debtor.
Background: After Chapter 13 bankruptcy case concluded, debtor reopened her case and filed an adversary com-
plaint against creditor, alleging that it had violated an order sustaining her objection to creditor's proof of claim. The
bankruptcy court ruled for debtor, concluding that the order had conclusively determined that debtor's student loan
debt was satisfied, and therefore sanctioned creditor for attempting to collect on the debt. The Bankruptcy Appellate
Affirmed.
