Everyone here at Financial Solutions appreciates the splendid work you have done for the
Newborns in Need Foundation. We admire its goal of making differences in the lives of babies,
particularly newborns. In the past we’ve been able to give you release time to work on its fashion
show/luncheon, and we’ve been able to make a considerable financial contribution to the
foundation.
This year, however, is different. As you know, we’re suffering from the downturn in the economy
and we’ve even had to reduce our staff. With the remaining bare-bones staff, we need every team
member to be here and functioning highly as we prepare the upcoming release of our Planning
Guide 3.0. You are one of our most valuable team members. We need you to interview clients,
make video testimonials, and search for customer success stories. You are the team member on
whom we depend to put the final touches on our new Web content. The truth is that we can’t
launch this new product on time without you.
Perhaps in the future when the economy rebounds and when our new product is successfully
received, we’ll be able to return to our former level of community involvement for admirable
projects such as Newborns in Need Foundation. In the meantime, please accept our profound
thanks for the exceptional service you give us here at Financial Solutions.
