Part 08 – Developing Others
8-54
Exercise 8.4: Train the Trainer
Directions:
The following pages are divided into four “frames.” Read each frame and fill in
the blanks as you progress. Begin by reading frame number on exercise page 1.
Complete it by writing your answer in the blank space provided. Then, turn the page and
check your answer. After you have checked your answer, go on to frame number two on
exercise page 3. Note that the first three frames set the pattern; after that, you are not told
where to find the answer or the next frame.
DO NOT READ DOWN THE PAGE.
Keep turning forward each time.
You will find clues to help you with the blanks and questions as you go along. If
you read carefully and remember what you read, you will usually get the right answer at
each step before turning the page. If you do get an answer wrong—that is, the correct
answer is totally different from what you were thinking and is not just another way of
saying the same thing—think about why the printed response is right before going on.
By reading carefully and thinking about your answers, you will find that, when
finished, you can remember almost everything you have studies.
