Under the CISG, if the buyer fails to perform any obligations, the seller may either
require the buyer to pay the price or fix an additional period of time for the buyer to
perform.
The seller has an insurable interest in goods even though he no longer owns them, if he
continues to retain a security interest in them.
Conditions may be classified by how they are imposed and by when they affect a duty
of performance; these ways of classification are mutually exclusive.
Under the RUPA, a judgment creditor of a partnership may first attempt to enforce a
judgment against either the separate assets of a partner or the partnership itself.
