Fiscal policy has to deal with the monitoring of taxes and government spending to
regulate unemployment, inflation, government intervention, and the national production. The
CEA is the group that try to achieve the goals within the nation. The CEA consists of a chairman
and 2 other members that are appointed by the President and are approved by the Senate
(Investopidea.com). Expansionary policy would be used to combat a recession, decrease
unemployment rates and stimulate the economy. The two policies that would be effected in this
