Go and pull a minimum of 2 job descriptions for your dream job advertised either online or in a
newspaper, etc. As you pull the job descriptions, what about them makes them good job
descriptions? What do you feel like they leave out? (2.5 points per job description, 5 points for
your answers). Please submit your work as one document as a word doc or PDF.
My dream job Is to become a Healthcare Executive some job descriptions to become one are as follows;
plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise the delivery of health care. Another description would be to
manage, direct and coordinate medical services in a variety of settings, from clinics and hospitals to
practices functioned by groups of physicians. It makes them decent job descriptions simply because they
state that you can work in several different types of facilities. That gives you a better idea of where and
what type of environment you are best suited for. It also lets you know you will be supervising: that
could mean either an area or group of people or somewhat of that sort. My impression is that as they
leave out a lot in the job duties. The descriptions are varied and complex. As if when you obtain the job,
you could get pilled on with more duties that were not on the application you filled out. The descriptions
seem to lack detail and specificity instead of being so inexact in their descriptions.
