The case I have chosen to read and write about is Byrd v. Janssen
Pharmaceuticals, Inc. et al. The plaintiff of the case is a male by the name of Byrd who at
the time of this article is 24 years young. The defendant in this case is Janssen
Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which is a division of Johnson and Johnson. What caused this
lawsuit was Byrd being diagnosed with psychosis when he was nine years old. The
