MegaLender, being a highly reputable home mortgage loan company, has the ethical duty
to provide the most optimal financing options to potential homeowners within a set mortgage
contract that is both fair and manageable to its patrons that it can accommodate. In some of these
terms of contracts, if there are areas which no normal person would know unless they were
experts in the area of home financing, then it is the obligation of MegaLender to disclose this
