1. Why I choose this topic:
The human world begins with only a few people and then together they
form a group. However, the group activities often lead to conflicts and as a result
many groups disbanded. Without attention to the teamwork, the process of, the
effectiveness of the group will not be promoted. And conversely, if there is a
proper management, teamwork model will be effective for many times than what
a single individual can do. This is the reason why the group work is so attractive,
although the process of forming groups is always difficult and requires much
time.
The benefit from a teamwork model is also reflected through the
