The world is a different place now because of industrial revolution that had a major effect
on Western Europe and North America. Industrial revolution changed the workplace and
put everything in fast motion. After the last sedentary settlement of the humans around the
world, like the domestication of animals and keeping a garden in the backyard. Industrial
revolution was the new awakening and in a way restructured everyone’s role in the society.
Most importantly, the house life, it forced women to leave the house and work side-by-side
with the men. Change always comes with critic and that is true for the industrial
revolution. It was found with skepticism of the people because it challenge their values and
habits. On the other hand most work places found it beneficial to have advances in
technology that could make their hard labor a bit easier for them with the use of new
machinery.
When there is such a rush to a revolution in a new technology that many become collateral
damage, for whom no one thinks about because after some time it become the norm in that
environment. Many companies who gladly follow these revolution do so at the health risk
of other to profit. Although, profit may not be the first inclination when deciding to follow
the crowd, it is something that triumphant over the health risks of the society, even as a
