Who is Responsible?
Generally people are expected to behave positively and always encouraged to differentiate the
right action from wrong. This shows their work ethics in the given context. It is imperative to know
the traits of positive work ethics. For instance, people are reliable, and on time complete their given
assignments, positive attitude and helpful to others, good interpersonal skills, altruistic and goal
oriented, correct conduct and behavior at work. It is the responsibility of social institutions to shape
positive the people attitude and behavior, that is groom people to adopt positive work ethics.
However, in our context of Pakistan, almost everywhere people show behaviors which does not
indicate their positive work ethics, instead they poor or negative work ethics. This can be seen
from general societal life to organization business lives.
