Quarter 4 results
WizTech increased its market share for Workhorse to 22%. This is good news for WizTech because
the biggest competition Taurus now only consumes 41%. As the company opened up a brand in
Mercedes quarter 4, results in 20% of the market share for the Mercedes segment. In Mercedes the
biggest competition is falcon who has 46% marketshare. At this time we had no brands in
Travelers. The total number of units sold for all of our three brands is 3918, with a sales revenue of
11,444,232. As of quarter 4, everyone has three brands. In addition, WizTech had the lowest
number of salesforce at 23 while its competition Cybertek had 40, Taurus with 52 and falcon with
44 people. At this time WizTech had all the sales offices open.
Quarter 5 Decisions
With offices in every available space, as a salesforce manager I had to make sure to hire enough
salesforce to get ahead of my competition. Last quarter WizTech had the lowest amount of
salesforce which brought down the company. As salesforce manager I had a net change of 58
people this means that the total number of sales people in this current quarter will result in 81. As
we had offices in each location, I had to match the amount of salesforce to the demand of that
office. For example, the Chicago and Shanghai office had a high demand for Workhorse above
7000 which means I have to hire more salesforce for Workhorse in those areas. For the Chicago
office I hired a total of 26 people with 3 salesforce in support, 11 people for Workhorse, 8 people
for Mercedes and 4 people for travelers. For the Shanghai office I had a total of 18 sales people
which can be broken down into 3 for support, 9 for Workhorse for Mercedes and 2 for travelers.
For our brand and segment in Mercedes I had to make sure I had the correct amount of people to
support Mercedes. The office in Chicago and Paris has the highest demand for Mercedes. Since the
demand in Chicago for Mercedes is 6004, I hired 8 people to work with Mercedes. Also in Paris the
demand for Mercedes is 4722 which led me to hire 7 people. The office in São Paulo has the lowest
demand for any market, and I hired the least amount of sales people which was total of 15. To
summarize I have 26 people in Chicago, 22 people in Paris ,18 people in Shanghai, and only 15
the time.
