The strategy of plan international is an active program for ending the violence.
For the first strategy that it is safer for girls, they claim that they aim to protect young
girls who live in the city. Moreover, they also encourage victims to speak up and share
their experiences with everyone. The second strategy is champion of charge which is the
strategy that educates boys to understand what the proper masculinities are. They also
teach girls to know how to protect and manage themselves. The effectiveness of these
strategies that I can see is that they focus on the real causes and create the solution to
right the issues. Most of their plans gather people around the world together and also ask
the big companies to participate as well. However, there are still some weaknesses
because some of the strategies are against victims’ privacy from trying to encourage
victims to share their cases, and they also look over young girls in the countryside
sections that those girls might have experienced gender-based violence as well. As a
result, these strategies will be more effective if they concern more about privacy and the
whole society.
Gender-Based Violence is like a continuous conflict that never ends in the
country. The longer this issue takes, the worse developments in the country are. It can
affect many sections of society, especially economically and politically. To explain, on
the economical side, it is like wasting human resources when people are against one
