“Why Guns Should be Banned”
The U.S Government established in the constitution the right to bear arms with the
purpose of increasing the citizens safety. Today U.S has the highest gun ownership along with
high firearms homicide, according to statistics about ever a hundred people eighty eight point
eight own a firearm. The policy being applied to the U.S states that every U.S citizen has the
right to own a gun. Furthermore, now some states have amplified the law and allow citizens to
carry firearms on the street with them. U.S has a murder with firearms of 32,163 (“United
States”). Surely this policy it is not being effective, guns were handed for protection not killing.
During the two decades there has been several cases of school shootings where in many the
