Feedback is a two way process. One is constantly communicating back to other thus,
the return process is called Feedback. The information or reaction from the receiver to the
sender. First sender send message to the receiver, receiver receive the message he/she decode
the message and understand it then respond to the sender. His/her response is according to the
understanding of message. Feedback enables the sender to evaluate the effectiveness of his
message.
Purpose of Feedback:
The main purpose of feedback is to enable the receiver to recognise
that they can understand what he/she talk so they can continue doing it. It enables how their
message are being interpreted. Whether he agrees to that message or not. Whether the recipient
has understood the message in the same terms as intended by the sender.
