•Why do we have few women leader and what would you do to change that?
We have few women leader because I think the main point of that problem is differences
between men and women. The past in our country the women can’t get opportunity than
men. Because the old people define a women must be a good household for a family. So a
woman must expert all household chores. The people are defined as the women are weak
according to physicality. But my mother always said women are strong will more than men
that is true or not I’m not sure. And I also think that most women are less confident
themselves, selfless, kind for other people and having a great mind of mother. Sheryl
Sandberg said the first problem is women are not making it to the top of any profession
anywhere in the world. There have another big problem that women face harder choices
between professional success and personal fulfillment. After the women are married, they
start thinking about “how I going to make a happy family?” “When we have a child what
will we doing for our baby?” just like this. That’s why they do not raise their hand
anymore for the promotion, opportunities or other things about successful. The women
become convinced that they have made more progress in the workforce than they have in
