1. What is your analysis of the Leadership of this organization?
According to the Baldrige criteria, good leadership has to set a clear vision and values of
an organization, promote an ethical and legal guide-lines to employees, engage with
employees, and have a good external and internal communication. In overall, this
organization has met most of its Baldrige criteria by providing most of its categories.
This organization has tried to clarify their visions and objectives for its employees to aware
of what their organization is aiming to become by setting mission statement. Also, they
provided lists of various internal employee trainings course, workshops and programs they
offer in their organization to show how they engage their workers.
2. What, if anything, do you feel they could do better?
