Mr. Amasi, I want to thank you for the opportunity to help guide you in your inquiry of
implementing self-directed teams to your business. I understand that you currently have two
other plants that are operating under a union and you want to take a different approach to the
newly acquired plant in Corpus Christi, Texas.
