WOMEN’S EPO
PROPOSAL
Purpose
For the Wheeling Chamber of Commerce to have a successful and memorable event, we must
accomplish three objectives. First, we must provide an enjoyable night for all attendees. This is
what fuels the event over anything else. People want to have a good time and if they don’t there
is little to no chance people will want to come back. Second, we must engage the community
with local businesses. This not only helps local businesses, but this also helps the event because
people want to support local businesses. Afterall, those business owners are their neighbors and
friends of the community. Finally, we must leave a lasting effect on new attendees. This is
crucial because we want those first timers to come back again and again every year, while also
bringing their friends. To accomplish these objectives, we first must dive into the event’s SWOT
analysis.
