What will you eat?
It’s three am in the morning and you are up studying for your English mid-term when all of a
sudden your stomach starts to growl. Trying to ignore the growl, you refocus back on studying but your
stomach starts growling even louder. Falling in the trap of the growl, you finally get up and walk to the
fridge. Standing in front of the open fridge you’re thinking to yourself, “Well, what should I eat? Should I
go for the two pizza slices that are greasy and unhealthy? Or should I go for the celery and peanut butter
that is delicious and healthy?” Not even considering the best intentions for what your body needs, you
have just placed yourself in a difficult decision of whether to eat healthy or unhealthy. Although eating
