Philosophy is a way of thinking. To ask questions about anything, and everything.
Once a question is answered it is not long philosophy. It branches off, which is what
happened with science. It simply branched off, it was once known as natural philosophy.
Science involves making a theory that has an outcome you can record, or collect data
from. Then the theory is tested to see if the theory was correct or not.
Russell’s views on philosophy were that it is to be studied so there will be question, not
just answers to questions. He believed philosophy enriched the mind and made one
smarter for thinking and having question not just pure gain of being guaranteed an
answer. He believed that the more you think the greater of a connection you had with the
universe. He thought that everyone should study philosophy, since it is the beginning to

Religion is having a belief, also a practice of customs, and practices. It is someone
of higher “religious power” telling others, the followers, what to to. Religion has a leader.
Mysticism deals with the beliefs that all knowledge can be gained through intuition. They
believe in something without valid proof. Philosophy questions existence, why things are,
how they are, and the purpose. They are thinkers.
An argument is when you try to make someone see thing your way. It is used to
prove that your reasons are more credible, or not. Each side has a claim and states his/her

the others see things from the most valid points, to come to a conclusion. Sometimes a
side may not argue fairly, but that should not make others think it is right to do. Instead
let the other side known and precede the argument in a fair and valid way.
Critical thinking is used to solve problems. It is a confusing subject to define, but
in a nut shell it is to think of something and question if it can be better in any way and if
