What is a business objective?
– Business objective is a measurable step that an organization takes to attain their goals. In
comparison to business goals, the nature of an objective is specific.
The following are objectives of BPI:
• Eliminate redundant business processes and data replications
– Any business is prone to redundant processes and data replications because activities can be
repeated many times especially without proper management. Redundancies can make the
employee involved frustrated because he need to make a certain task multiple times, but it also
has an effect to the company. It may decrease the long-term productivity and efficiency of the
company. Since BPI offers a variety of financial-related product and services, proper
management of business processes should be strictly followed to avoid loss of productivity
efficiency. One way to avoid repetition is to improve employee management and
communication. Improving this aspect by setting up a synchronized pattern to communicate
tasks for every employee can be one of BPI’s tactic.
• Minimize errors inherent in manual processes
– We know for sure that human errors are inevitable. Every business thrives to attain perfection
but this is impossible. Errors are always present. Errors may arise due to the level of difficulty in
