1. A carefully developed wellness plan will help you easily meet the health and wellness
goals you select for yourself. This chapter covered the components of wellness,
personal attributes to wellness, and information on setting your wellness goals. Now
would be a good time to assess your health condition. Go to the Real Age Web site
(see chapter 2, p. 33) or some other site where you can take a free online health risk
assessment. Evaluate your medical age as verified by the assessment and determine if
you have any threats to your health. The object of this activity is to recognize any
health risks you might face while you also identify the wellness behaviors that
