Welcome to Earth

Welcome to planet Earth Proxy. I understand that you would like to know how humans
are organized here on this majestic planet. There are so many people living on this planet that we
must follow certain ways to be organized, or else there will be chaos. Currently we have roughly
seven point thirty-eight billion people living here that are divided into one hundred ninety-six
countries (or more familiar to you, territories). Talk about a lot of people to be managed in an
organized fashion. First, I will discuss a very important subject that we all follow on Earth;
hierarchy. Now, just a little heads up, each country runs a little different from each other but
tends to stay close; I am from the country called the United States of America, so my examples
will be based off that. Secondly, I will briefly why organizational behavior is important in the
business world.
When you go work for a business there is a system that is in place called hierarchy. In a
simple form, that means there is a chain of command that is followed in order to get stuff done
