Weekly Internship Report
To whom it may concern,
This week I spent a large amount of time with Vicki Vento. During my time with her I did my
usual inputting of pre-approvals. I also assisted her in prepping for a sales meeting mainly about
mortgage that took place at the North Hills office. I assisted her by giving feedback on talking
points, creating visuals to go along with her talking points, and gave her my agent prospective on
some of the topics being discussed. Vicki also began showing me the refinance process as well.
Along with assisting Vicki, I also inputted numerous pre-approvals for Robin and started
working on her agent’s open house sheets for this weekend. I also started shadowing closing this
week. While we did not get incredibly in-depth with closing yet, they did begin to inform me
about the important timelines that are to be followed. I watched as Barb worked through change
of circumstances and begin to discuss redisclosures. During this week I also finished my Hanna
