Prompt1: A self-serving bias in the workplace I had was my friend; we will call him T not
to disclose his identity. T and I were demoing plaster walls; I was a relatively new guy at the
time but still knew somewhat of what I was doing. The foreman came and told us to start doing
the plaster ceilings but to watch the sprinkler heads; T mentioned he had done it plenty of times,
saying he knows what he was doing and did not need to be told. While we moved on to do it, not
even five minutes pass, and he cuts right through the sprinkler system, going to say it was
because the saw that stops after you let off trigger got jammed, and that the company has junk
for tools and got mad and stormed off.
Prompt2: So I’m not someone who likes to beat around the bush, no matter who you are if
you did something wrong, I’m going to tell you and tell you how I feel on that situation as I hope
the same for me, if I screw up tell me. Then that way, we both grow from the situation, friend or
not.
