Summary
This was a very interesting case study, which clearly outlined how females are
treated different within certain jobs. Also, this case study spoke on how women firefighters were
treated unfair and not given the proper equipment to actual perform their job. These women
suffer from injuries due to the company not providing them the right sizes clothing. The men
within the company had the right sizes clothing, restrooms and private shower areas, but of
course none of that was given to the women. The sections that was designated for the women
