When we think of organizations from the outside, it seems simple. A group of people
coming together, with the goal of providing a service. There is a pyramid within the
organization. From the CEO, managers, employees, and other in between. Despite it not seeming
complex when looking from the outside, a organization is almost like a community. Without
leaders, employees would lack direction. Without a marketing division there would be lack of
exports. “An organization is a tool people use to coordinate their actions to obtain something
