1. People who will get benefits in this expansion project:
• The Tan Son Nhat’s stakeholder: Tan Son Nhat Airport operates as a joint-stock
company with shares issued so the project will use stakeholder’s capital and in the
future, the stakeholder would get the profit if the project succeeds.
• Senior leaders such as the president and vice presidents: will manage the project,
make a plan about the budget and resources, supervise and control the project.
• Consulting Group: these are the specialist in this project such as engineers,
architects, risks analyst,… who directly control the project and the subordinates
working in the project
