Chapter One: Business Communications
Question One: Why is poor communication problematic? List possible consequences that
Doug and his team in the HR Department might face because of poor communication or
lack of communication. Poor communication is problematic because it will make the business
not go in the direction it needs to succeed and will cause production to drop due to no
communication. Bad communication between management and employees will also cause
problems as the employees won’t know what is expected from them. No one leading the
employees will leave them lost at their job. It will also impact their customer service and future
projects will never get finished or started.
