The business I am planning to open is a small cafe selling traditional Polish pies and cakes
as well as freshly brewed coffee and tea. There are many places in New York City where
confectionery from all over the world is sold. However, I have noticed that despite a strong
Polish influence in the city, there are not many places offering food from Poland. The
crucial part for me is that all pies made in a traditional way so the customers can taste real
Polish confectionery. Moreover, the quality and freshness of products must be on top.
The aim of the cafe is to create a comfortable place where customers are able to relax in the
exceptional atmostpehere, meet their friends in a pastime or have a business meeting.
