Einhom, discusses about Wal-Mart-Mart plan to reenter, and trying to open wholesale stores in
India. For the last few years they struggled their company didn’t go well in India because due to
the argument that they have with their partnership, Bharti Enterprise in India. They got split up in
October 2013, and Walt-Mart bought out Bharti and took full control of the 20 members only,
cash and carry stores in India. After that, the company kept its India plans on hold. Every
decision is very important for the managers to make because the stores are in a different
environment. They have to really think about how they can manage to improve their company
and to really think if this second opportunity really work to help their company grow more
consumer.
Wal-Mart want to take the opportunity and expand their company in India because India
