Wal-Mart and its’ Struggle for Job Saffsfacffon
Wal-Mart may be known for its low prices and convenience but there are other things
that are equally synonymous with the retail giant: poor customer service and low employee
wages. Most would argue that those two issues go hand in hand. Poor customer service has
plagued the retailer over the past decade and it may stem from a culture of employee
unhappiness. But what makes an employee happy? Are wages solely to blame for the low levels
