Introduction
There are many aspects of human communication that attribute to both successful and
unsuccessful interactions. Said aspects can range from regional diction and occupational jargon
to socioeconomic status, political views, and varying knowledge of technology through
generations. In every community and workplace the collective idea is to achieve a common
goal. It is through communicating emotions, theories, ideas and even what may seem like the
minutest of things that groups are able to accomplish these goals. Effective communication has
direct link to leadership. Usually those who can communicate effectively are given leadership
roles and upon appointment they strive to teach others and share their communicative abilities.
