products. It has more than 400 brands in almost all sections food, cosmetics, etc. When
consumers reach for nutritionally balanced foods or indulgent ice creams, affordable soaps
that combat disease, luxurious shampoos or everyday household care products, there’s a
good chance the brand they pick is one of ours. Seven out of every ten households around
the world contain at least one Unilever product, and our range of world-leading,
household-name brands includes Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Axe, Hellmann’s and Omo
(Unilever, 2016).
In India Unilever is present as Hindustan Unilever Ltd. And it has strongly made its
presence in all sectors except for Simple Skincare Products with Multivitamins. And skin
care products are part of every single person living on this earth in the present century.
There are very few indigenous competitors in India for the Organic skincare products
without artificial colors and other ingredients, we can narrow it down to 2 probably and
they are Himalaya and Patanjali. And even these companies have started these products
recently and are trying acquire market. In the current state of India where Foreign
