Understanding the Research
Introduction
Business research helps to better manage a company through the study of analyzing data
for the use in the decisions that a company needs to make. There are many different categories of
information, that business research is used to compile and analyze. This includes areas such as
product research, financial data, customer input, employee satisfaction, and competitive
information. Business research provides the information that managers and executives use to
better understand what is happening in their company, and ways to improve how a company
operates.
