The ability to make the right decision at the absolute essential time is one of the best
strengths that a manager or someone with authority can have. This is true for all levels of
management, as well as, everybody associated with an organization. It can also be said for every
part of life, if you have authority in any situation, the best thing you can do is have a knack to
make the right decision at the right time. The inability of having adequate decision making skills
can derail any manager and can make them develop poor delegation skills. This is where
