UK Tax Strategy
Meta (formerly Facebook) is publishing this tax strategy for the financial year ended 31 December 2021,
pursuant to section 161 and section 19(2) of schedule 19 of the U.K. Finance Act of 2016. This tax
strategy applies to the Meta group companies and includes application of U.K. tax laws.
Meta’s Approach to Tax
Broadly, Meta’s approach to tax is to ensure that we remain in compliance with all applicable tax laws
