a) Why does this company interest you?
Uber has been recorded tremendous growth since its inception. Its customers have
positively reviewed its services, indicating they are reliable and of good quality (Gabel, 2016,
p. 527). The company’s growth and the impeccable services that it offers have attracted my
attention. The company has thrived in a competitive industry (Hall et al., 2018, p. 37). My
curiosity has prompted me to learn the strategies that the company uses to ensure it thrives in a
competitive market and how it controls the quality of services it offers. Unraveling why people
prefer Uber to any other company offering the same services will be vital in learning
entrepreneurial skills.
